- If the document ID (globalDocumentId) does not exist, the system returns an error message:
• The file can be downloaded as many times as needed.
• When the type parameter is not specified or an unsupported value is provided, the API returns the XML using the default type.
• The distribution XML uses double encoding, so it must be decoded twice.
