According to DIAN’s Technical Annex, the inconsistency is found in the XPath: BaseAmount. The base value must be positive and greater than zero.
When reviewing the XML file, it is identified that the base value used for calculating the discount is set to zero (0.00), which causes the document to be rejected. In accordance with DIAN’s requirements, this value cannot be zero; it must be a positive value greater than zero for the validation to be successful.
