The following procedure describes how a user can register on the Gosocket platform using an invitation code.
1. Access to the platform
The user must access www.gosocket.net. On the top section of the screen, the user must click the Register (Registro) button. Upon completion, the system shall automatically redirect you to the login portal.
2. User registration
The customer must complete the registration form by entering the required information to create a user account. Once the registration process is completed, the system will automatically redirect the user to the login portal, where you must enter by using the temporaly password sent by email.
3. Country validation
On the following screen, the user must verify that the registration country is correctly selected (País de registro).
4. Activation using an invitation code
The user must select the option Activate with activation code (Activar con código de activación). The system will request the following information:
- The NIT or Tax ID of the user’s company.
- The NIT or Tax ID of the company that sent the invitation.
- The invitation code (Código de invitación) received via email.
Then, the user must click Next (Siguiente) to process the data.
5. Platform access
Once the process is successfully completed, the user will be granted access to the Gosocket platform. The user will then have access to a navigation dashboard that allows managing documents issued to clients and completing any pending information required to validate electronic invoices.
